What Causes Panic Attacks?
Many people experience anxiety on a regular basis
and to tell you the truth, it is a human response that was put there
for a specific purpose. Whenever we are anxious over situations,
we may pay more than the usual attention to those situations and
come to a better conclusion. It may also cause us to flee whenever
necessary. Whenever the anxiety becomes unnatural, however, then
it needs to be taking care of because nobody wants to live with
panic attacks that are raging out of control.
There is a lot of thought over what causes panic
attacks but the unfortunate thing is, the medical community is not
really going to be able to give you an answer as to why you are
having them. There is some thought that it has something to do with
your brain wave patterns or perhaps with something that has gone
wrong with the chemicals in your brain but they will be the first
to admit that they really don't understand what is going wrong with
you. Add to that the fact that they are going to give you medication
that can have serious and prolonged side effects and it makes you
wonder, why are they treating your panic attacks in the first place?
Many people know the truth about what causes panic
attacks that look at it from a natural standpoint. Although there
are certain times whenever you may have panic attacks as a result
of hereditary conditions, for the most part you are probably having
them because your body is trying to tell you that something has
gone wrong. It is important for you to remember that the panic and
anxiety that you are feeling is not a disease, more than likely
it is simply a symptom of something that is more deep-rooted.
Believe it or not, one of the main causes of panic
attacks is a deficiency inside of your body. One of the most common
deficiencies that causes panic attacks is vitamin B. There have
even been books that have been written on the subject, considering
the fact that many people are panicking over absolutely nothing
because of this deficiency. If you are having this problem, it is
a simple matter of supplementing with vitamin B or whatever other
vitamin you may happen to be lacking. You can either take it in
a pill form or perhaps take brewers yeast daily in order to see
some improvement.
Finally, you need to be aware that what many people
consider causing panic attacks are merely triggers, not the actual
cause. You may eat something or drink something that triggers your
panic attack or you may be in some kind of a situation that tends
to cause the anxiety to well up in you. It is a good idea for you
to avoid these things in order to avoid the anxiety but it is not
really the cause. By finding out what is the root cause of your
panic, you will be able to treat it naturally from the very source
