The Connection between Agoraphobia and Panic Attacks

There are a number of different things that can cause panic and anxiety in an individual. The simple fact of the matter is, anxiety is not really something that you should try to overcome altogether because it is a natural human response to different stimuli that you may be facing. There may be times, however, whenever that anxiety gets out of control as a result of situations for us that are rather difficult to overcome. This is a condition where you feel unsafe in public places and may panic over situations that you find yourself in where you may be unable to get out of that situation without causing yourself some embarrassment. Believe it or not, those that suffer from agoraphobia and panic attacks do not always have the panic attacks because of the agoraphobia itself. All that the fear of being in public places such as this is, is a trigger that causes the panic to come up within us. The fact that we are having anxiety attacks is something entirely different and that they are going to come to the surface from time to time, whether or not we'd find ourselves in a position where the agoraphobia is going to show itself. That is little comfort, however, for an individual that is suffering from this problem and panicing whenever they find themselves in a public place.

There are a number of different things that can be done in order to help you to overcome problems with agoraphobia and panic attacks naturally. At times, it may be as simple as supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals that you may be lacking. A good place to start is vitamin B, as most people are lacking in this vitamin as it tends to get used up by the body on a daily basis. Taking brewers yeast or vitamin B tablets a couple times a day may help you overcome this problem to a certain extent.

Outside of that, you may just need to be able to deal with the problem through various coping techniques. There are some techniques that have shown themselves to naturally help you to overcome these anxieties and fears that you may be facing. Although you may have to deal with it to a certain extent for the rest of your life, by using these natural methods, you may be in a position where it no longer controls you.
